Chorizo (Mexican Sausage) Quesadilla

Not good. Peppers were mushy like they'd just came out of a can, chorizo was excessively greasy, too much cheese. I took two bites and was so overwhelmed by the amount of salt and grease I threw it right in the trash. Again only good late at night when you're drunk.
